CHTEM Limited, is a technology company established in 2019 mainly engaged in chemical novel material technology including R & D, Consultation, Industrialization, Production & Trading, as well as EPC & EPCM.

We have a seasoned expert team comprising professors, associate professors, senior engineers, and engineers with extensive experience in the fields of phosphorus & fluorine-silicon chemical industry, novel building materials, electronic chemicals, etc. This team is dedicated to research and development as well as engineering work. Over the years, the company has collaborated extensively with renowned domestic universities such as Tsinghua University, Sichuan University, Central South University, Tianjin University, and top 10 design institutes in China in their cutting-edge scientific research achievements in P & F & Si.

HH) "A Process for co-production of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride + high-purity silicon tetrafluoride + precipitated white carbon black + high active potassium fluoride by decomposition of concentrated fluosilicic acid"
